Profile for the site's about us page must be sized correctly before they will display properly.

Images can be sized using a varity of software options including, Microsoft Offce Picture Manager that is often included with Microsoft Office Suite.

Instructions:
1.) Upload the Image
2.) Make the image exactly this width in pixels! 
3.) Preset the crop box 200px wide and  150px high for profile images
4.) Select OK at the bottom of the screen.
5.) Use your mouse and move the crop box up or down on the image.
6.) Select "Crop It" at the top of the image.
7.) Right click on the image and select "Save As" on your computer.
8.) You may now select the image from your saved folder to upload to the site with the indexes below.
